Sintering Binder Materials Product Lines
We have two types of sintering binder materials such as acrylic based organic binders and dispersants.
Acrylic-based Organic Binders and Chemical Agents
The acrylic based organic binder is used in the molding process of inorganic materials for sintering, and it completely disappears during sintering.
I. OLYCOX KC Series
The OLYCOX KC Series are acrylic based organic binders mainly used for ceramics or powder metallurgy. The main feature of the acrylic polymers is to decompose at comparably low temperature and to have extremely low residue after sintering.
II. Features of the OLYCOX KC Series
- OLICOX KC series decompose completely at comparably low temperature (500˚C or less) regardless of the sintering atmosphere.
- After the decomposition, there are no residual ashes or metal.
- Excellent compatibility with solvents.
- Does not react with ceramic powder or other types of additives.
- Effective with only a small amount.
